We operate through Shopify Collective, meaning products are fulfilled by third-party Canadian suppliers. By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are a resident of Canada.

2. Products & Shopify Collective

Our store operates on the Shopify Collective model:

  • Products are listed by us but stocked and fulfilled by independent Canadian suppliers

  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by our suppliers and may occasionally contain errors

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time

  • Prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice

  • We are not responsible for supplier stock errors, but we will work to resolve any discrepancies promptly

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on Whisker's Kingdom are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable GST/HST/PST where required by provincial law. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Pricing errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

4. Order Confirmation & Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, unavailability of goods, or errors in pricing or product information.
